Bayas del Sur has successfully held its Quality, Safety and Sustainability Week, an event that highlighted the company’s commitment to its fundamental pillars: occupational safety, excellence in its processes and environmental responsibility. Throughout the week, employees participated in activities that marked important milestones for the company. These included the award for 200 days without workplace accidents, the inauguration of a wall newspaper as an internal communication tool, and the implementation of aGreen Point to promote sustainable practices in its operations.
The closing of the week took place on Friday, December 6, with a special day at the company’s plant, where thematic stands were set up, interactive dynamics were carried out and live culinary demonstrations were offered. These spaces not only highlighted the value of Bayas del Sur’s products, but also its constant commitment to innovation and the well-being of its employees.

Raúl Bacciarini, CEO of Bayas del Sur, highlighted the relevance of this activity: “Quality, Safety and Sustainability Week allows us to reflect on who we are as a company and where we want to go. It is a space to celebrate important achievements and, at the same time, to renew our commitment to quality, care for the environment and the safety of our teams. This event reinforces our vision of being responsible leaders in the industry.”
With these initiatives, Bayas del Sur reaffirms its position as a company that not only cares about offering quality products, but also about building a safe and sustainable work environment for all its employees.
