Bayas del Sur’s maqui powder juice is a highly soluble powder ingredient obtained from the fruit’s juice. Utilizing a technology known as spray drying, this process atomizes the juice at high speed, transforming it into a fine powder that retains its active principles, preserving its color, flavor, and nutritional properties.

Our powder juice is standardized with a maximum residual moisture of 4% w/w, ensuring its quality and stability. It is available in a 15 kg bag format for sale and distribution.
The maqui (Aristotelia chilensis) is a wild fruit manually harvested in the pristine areas of the Chilean Patagonia and is known for its high concentration of antioxidants.
